Our promise

If an item has a genuine fault within 7 days of purchase, bring it back (or have our rider collect it) for a replacement or full refund. Physical damage and liquid damage are not covered.

How to start a return

1. Call or WhatsApp us on 0727 011 318 with your order number
2. We assess the issue — many are solved on the spot
3. If a return is needed, we arrange pickup within Nairobi
