Are your computers new or refurbished?

We sell both, clearly labelled. Business laptops are mostly professionally refurbished Grade A units; student laptops and accessories are typically brand new.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes — 3 to 12 months depending on the item. Ask us on WhatsApp for the exact warranty of any product.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes, within Nairobi. Upcountry orders pay via M-Pesa before dispatch.

Can you help me choose a laptop?

That is literally our favourite thing to do. Tell us your budget and course/work needs on WhatsApp and we will recommend honestly — even if the best option is a cheaper machine.
